This is made for your week night dinners.
I froze it in a cliplock bag in 6 to 10 balls.
-500g beef mince
-1 egg
-3 tablespoons of olive oil
-3 tablespoons finely chopped fresh dill(I love dill, I don’t use stems.. you can use more dill..)
-1/2 a red onion finely chopped
-1/2 a tomato (deserved and skin off) finely chopped
-2 teaspoons cumin powder
-Salt – 1 and ¼ teaspoons
Mix and knead well and shape in to burger Pattie’s ( not too flat) or shape them into balls.
You can also use fresh parsley if you don’t have the fresh dill.
Cook in a heated oven at 180 degrees for 10 mins.
You may serve this with a Greek salad or a cabbage salad!
