Celebrating the beginning of the rat year with family and friends last night with a garden bbq.

I changed the recipe slightly. Instead of the praline (too much sugar) I scattered the nuts instead. And I soaked the radish in water and vinegar ( 2 tsp) overnight, and it comes out pretty in pink!
