Caesar salads are the most classic salads around. It’s what I have been obsessed with all spring and summer.
Here is my quick and easy recipe but makes a delicious sweet salad, which only takes a few minutes with minimal prep.
Best made in spring when Cos lettuce is in season
- Cook eggs in boiled water for 6 mins
- Add to cos lettuce
- Add a dash of lemon juice, salt and pepper and let the flavours do the talking!
For more umami, add white anchovies over the eggs in the cos salad. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Anchovies are packed full of nutrients with omega 3 fatty acids, protein, calcium and magnesium which are great for reducing inflammation, improve bone density and aids tissue repair. ⠀⠀
