Sour dough bread or Gluten free bread
Garlic
Olive oil
Tomatoes
Rosemary
Salt and pepper

There is a shortcut to garlic confit. Chop the top off the garlic, drizzle olive oil, wrap it in foil and place in oven for 40 mins at 150 degrees.
Chop cherry tomatoes or tomatoes in a medley of colours
Buy gluten free bread from Shuk Bondi or Wholegreen Bakery Waverley
Toast each piece of sourdough bread and spread over the confit garlic and goats cheese if you wish
Arrange the tomatoes and season with salt and pepper.
